Bank Reconciliation:
This is something you should do each month after you receive your bank statement.
Everybody makes mistakes on occasion. You
want to know whether the bank has
misplaced/lost your business funds. CBT can
send you an email describing how to get this
done, free.
Back Up the business QuickBooks file:
– In File menu select “Save Copy or
“Backup . . .”
– In the dialogue box which opens select
“Backup copy”.
– Click “Next” button and select “Options”
to indicate where you want the backup
to reside.
